Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing the Done-With-You Pool Planning Program. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth below.
3-Day Cancellation Window
You may request a full refund within 3 calendar days of the date your payment is processed. To request a cancellation, you must contact us in writing at [email protected] with your full name, purchase date, and a written cancellation request before the 3-day window expires.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
No Refunds After 3 Days
After the 3-day cancellation period has expired, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
This policy exists because work on your project begins immediately upon purchase. The Done-With-You program involves the engagement of licensed engineers, designers, and permit specialists to prepare custom deliverables that are specific to your property. These services include, but are not limited to:
- Custom site plans and property setback drawings
- Structural engineering and construction plans
- Plumbing layout and hydraulics plans
- Permit application preparation and documentation
- Staff time allocated to your project file
Because these services are custom, property-specific, and initiated promptly after purchase, the costs associated with your project are incurred by DIY Fiberglass Pools regardless of whether you choose to continue. These costs cannot be recovered once work has commenced.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing this program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy prior to completing your transaction. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute filed after the 3-day cancellation window has expired, DIY Fiberglass Pools reserves the right to contest the dispute and provide the following documentation to the relevant financial institution:
- A copy of this Refund Policy as agreed to at the time of purchase
- Your signed acknowledgment checkbox confirming acceptance of this policy
- Documentation of services rendered and work initiated on your behalf
- All relevant purchase and communication records
Filing a fraudulent chargeback after agreeing to this policy may be considered a violation of your cardholder agreement with your bank or credit card issuer.
