Important: You'll Need a Property Survey
Before your project can move forward, you'll need to obtain an original copy of your property survey. This is a requirement before the engineer can begin their work.
Your survey shows your home and lot with the legal setbacks — this is what allows us to confirm the right pool size for your property and ensures everything is up to code.
How to get it: Contact your county property appraiser's office or the title company that handled your home purchase. Many counties also have surveys on file online. If you're unsure, Randy can walk you through it on your kickoff call.
